In fact, since we have opened we have had only one rate change and that was a rental reduction when Florida reduced its sale tax on self-storage rental units and we passed that reduction on to all our members.

We also offer moving supplies and rent mailboxes with an address—not a box number. We accept all packages from any of the major couriers.
